Which brands can convince when it comes to design, sustainability, quality and trust? Consumers themselves can best judge this with their experiences. To this end, the SZ-Institut (Süddeutsche Zeitung), in cooperation with Service Value, conducted a detailed customer survey. RUFBetten was able to convince in the furniture brands category and is now one of Germany’s “Top Specialist Retail Brands 2023”.
“At RUFBetten, quality, design and sustainability are the focus of our work. We manufacture our beds with the utmost care and attention to detail in order to offer our customers an optimal sleeping experience. Our production is climate-neutral and ‘Made in Germany’ at our Rastatt site. We are therefore very proud of this award, because this confirms customer confidence in our brand,” says Heiner Goossens, Managing Director of RUFBetten.

About the survey:
This independent online survey collected around 37,000 judgements on 284 brands from 14 sectors. The evaluation was based on the users’ experiences on the topics of quality & trustworthiness, customer service & support, value for money, sustainability & fairness, design & technology, awareness & trust, availability, ease of use/installation. The question was asked: “How would you rate the following brands based on your own experience and/or information from your acquaintances? As a result, the specialised trade brands evaluated in the ranking enjoy the trust of the buyers.
