The annual analysis “Kunden-Favoriten – Höchste Weiterempfehlung” (Customer Favorites – Highest Recommendation), by the German Institute for Service Quality, shows which companies score best among consumers in terms of recommendation. In the category SLEEPING & RELAXING, RUF | Betten emerged as the test winner.

About the annual analysis
The annual analysis “Customer Favorites – Highest Recommendation” was conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) on behalf of the news channel ntv. The analysis was based on over 271,000 customer opinions collected in the DISQ consumer surveys in 2022. The meta-analysis focused on the willingness to recommend. In a total of 53 categories from various areas of business and life, the three companies with the highest willingness of customers to recommend them were honored.
