All the more reason to be pleased that RUFBetten is one of “Germany’s most sought-after employers” in the bedroom furniture category with the highest score (100).
Many factors play a role when choosing an employer. In addition to pay, other factors include the prevailing working atmosphere, flexible working time models and the compatibility of family and career. A study by the renowned F.A.Z. Institute and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) examined precisely these factors, among others.

About the study
For the study “Germany’s Most Desired Employers” by the F.A.Z.-Institute and IMWF, according to their own statements, around 15,000 companies in Germany were each analyzed within the framework of a two-stage social listening and an online survey.
The social listening examined performance and tone in the areas of profitability, products & services, family friendliness, sustainability and management from around 438 million online sources in the area of employers.
In parallel to the social listening, F.A.Z.-Institut and IMWF used questionnaires sent to the companies to explore details on topics such as job security, working hours, salary structure, development & training opportunities, communication, family friendliness and additional benefits in the area of employer qualities.
For the study, a total of around 15.7 million mentions could be identified and assigned to each of the approximately 15,000 companies within the study period from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
