The customer is king – and accordingly the opinion of the consumer is valued. This year, the Rastatt-based bed manufacturer RUFBetten was especially rewarded by their customers with the “Highest Customer Satisfaction” award.

About the study
The Cologne-based analysis and consulting company ServiceValue, in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, investigated customer satisfaction. For this purpose, more than 300,000 customers were asked about 1,449 companies or brands in an online survey. ServiceValue developed the Customer Satisfaction Index (KZI) as a measuring instrument.
The responses to each provider were indexed on a scale of one to five. An industry index was determined for each industry: Providers who score above their industry average enjoy “High Customer Satisfaction.” The “Highest Customer Satisfaction” award is given to those that scored above average.

RUFBetten is one of these companies: Among all German furniture manufacturers, RUFBetten was awarded “Highest Customer Satisfaction”.
