IT Project Manager/Digitisation Manager (m/f/d)
Focus on digital sales & software development full-time.
We design, develop and manufacture trendy upholstered and box-spring beds at our site in Rastatt/Baden-Württemberg and are one of the ten best-known furnishing brands in Germany. Recently, RUFBetten was voted Germany’s most popular bed manufacturer (DISQ for n-tv). Our success is based on a customer-oriented business philosophy with strong products, secure processes and experienced, motivated employees.
Your processes:
- You will be responsible for the proactive implementation and strategic development of the RUFBetten digitalisation roadmap.
- With your customer-centric understanding of the product, you will be involved in the (further) development of digital touchpoints (website, B2B portal, end-customer configurator etc.)
- You will set up new organisational structures and internalise external services (e.g. performance marketing, social media, etc.).
- You are responsible for the development and expansion of new hybrid (offline/online) sales models.
- Together with your colleagues, you will transform existing legacy applications (e.g. Workplace, ERP).
- You carry out transformation processes and drive them forward successfully
Your Background:
You have proven experience in the following areas:
- Implementation and tracking (time, scope, budget) of digitisation projects
- Requirements formulation for (agile) software projects
- RFP & POC phases for software and tool implementations
- Transformation/replacement of existing legacy applications (e.g. Workplace, ERP)
- Development and expansion of hybrid (offline/online) distribution models
- Basic understanding of agile software development
- Master data & product management, especially with regard to consistency and automation
