RUFBetten Design-Team

Anke Reuter

Mrs. Reuter studied design and architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg and at the University of Stuttgart. Among others her designs have been awarded with the Red Dot Design Award and the German Design Award.

Philipp Drexler

Philipp Drexler studied product design at the University of Design in Karlsruhe. After eight years of product development and project management in the contract furniture industry, he is responsible for trends, shapes, colors and materials of all RUFBetten products. At the same time, he manages the planning and design of the RUFBetten presentation for national and international furniture stores and trade fair appearances. Since June 2022 Philipp Drexler takes over the management of design and trade fairs at RUFBetten.

Kommer + Kors

The Dutch designer Ewalt Kommer demonstrates creative versatility in his projects. Together with his partner Jeroen Kors, he successfully works for RUFBetten, as well as international clients, including companies such as Samsung and Rolf Benz. The two designers already received the coveted Red Dot Award for their innovative design and technologically innovative solutions.

Matthias Rossow

Until his well-earned retirement, Master Designer Matthias Rossow worked with us for almost 30 years – the final years as Chief Designer. His bed designs continue to be amongst our bestsellers. His greatest successes include national and international awards, such as the IF Product Design Award Hannover, HiF Haus Industrieform Essen and Lion d’or Lyon.

Panreck + Klein

The designer duo Panreck + Klein has deliberately taken a different path with its designs for almost 20 years – from classical furniture to everyday items. Always with the aspiration to achieve a timeless and exacting design.

Pascal Bosetti

Mr. Bosetti studied at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Basel at the Masterstudio Design. Since 2015 he has been working as a freelance designer in Munich. His works are characterized by emotion, functionality and formal stringency.

Prof. Stefan Heiliger

Prof. Heiliger has been renowned for his innovative design ideas for almost 25 years. He has already won numerous international awards, such as the International DuPont Award or the Good Design Award Chicago.

Sylvia Himmel

Product and object design are her forte – here Sylvia Himmel has already made a name for herself beyond Germany. From 2012 to 2022, she was the chief designer of RUFBetten, where she created numerous new trends. She was also responsible for the RUFBetten exhibition and trade fair design and advised the RUFBetten furniture stores on their floor space planning.

Beck Design

The designer duo Silja and Norbert Beck has been enjoying international success for 25 years. Their motivation is to create creative designs that stand the test of time and products that are extremely sustainable.

Janina Heiliger

Born in 1987 in Offenbach am Mail, she studied product design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach. After several internships and finally the diploma in collaboration with Thonet, she now works in the office of Prof. Stefan Heiliger since 2013.

Our design team consists of experienced, creative minds from RUFBetten in Rastatt. Regardless of whether it is direct customer requests conveyed by customer service and sales, technical novelties from product development, innovative implementation possibilities from manufacturing or formative design trends: essential factors from the different areas flow together here. Our design team thus combines the concentrated know-how of RUFBetten.
