Product and object design are her strengths – Sylvia Himmel has already made a name for herself beyond the borders of Germany. Since November 2012, she is the new Chief Designer at RUFBetten, where she creates new trends every day. She is also responsible for the RUFBetten exhibition and trade fair arrangement, and advises the RUFBetten furniture stores in their space planning.

Lying comfort
With SABO sleeping comfort, you always get it right – and in your desired height.
The SABO box spring bed features a real box spring bed base (SLX) integrated in the bed frame. The optical effect: modern design without storage space, whereby the dominant box spring type bed base disappears – only the bed frame and mattress remain visible, just like in a regular bed. Yet, the sleeping pleasure is unique. Four aligned comfort levels make sure that: The immersion level (1) consists of a barrel pocket spring core mattress, available in a range of versions. The absorption level (2) is a 7-zone cold foam core with vertical holes. It absorbs and minimises your kinetic energy. The redistribution level (3) is a 7-zone barrel pocket spring core with a breathable non-woven cover that absorbs and distributes your body pressure evenly. The support level (4) consists of a base plate which dynamically supports the system from below. It features special milling grooves that ensure continuous air circulation.
Ventilation
So your bed atmosphere doesn’t struggle for air.
The unique AIRVent system achieves an optimal temperature and humidity balance. While the spring cores are naturally air-permeable, special holes in the foam components and millings in the base plate ensure continuous air circulation. And there’s more: The SLX box spring offers two ground clearance options with 15 or 20 cm legs. This offers additional support for maximal ventilation of the box spring bed. And that guarantees a fresh bed atmosphere – all around the clock.

Really, ADESSO is already the perfect box spring bed offering you a heavenly sleep. For those who seek even more comfort, RUFBetten offers a luxury version with motorized adjustment of headboard and foot section. This allows you to bring your bed into any chosen position via cable switch or (optional) via infrared remote control. For reading, watching TV, relaxing, or simply doing nothing at all.
