Correct body positioning is of central importance for the quality of your healthy sleep. In addition to the mattress, the right pillow is also crucial. It is important that the spine forms a straight line, all the way up to the cervical vertebrae.

Individual height adjustment

Your new premium neck pillow is equipped with four chambers that you can fill individually. Depending on the type of sleeper and body stature, we give you the values for optimal pillow filling in the adjacent table. However, these can only be approximate values; only your feeling is decisive. The pil-low is delivered fully filled; optimize the filling according to your feeling. Ask someone to check whether your spine forms a straight line. Excess filling material can be stored in the polybag provided.

Constant microclimate

In addition, your neck pillow has a cover with “warm/cool touch”. An Out-last^® fleece incorporated on one side ensures a balanced skin tempera-ture, absorbing or releasing heat. The result is a continuous microclimate on the skin that provides more comfort.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

This seal is your guarantee that: all mattress covers from RUFBetten are tested for harmful substances in accordance with the ÖkoTex Standard 100 and have been awarded seal for textile confidence.
