RUFBetten is Germany’s most popular provider (bed manufacturer sector)

Rastatt, 07.04.2020 The German Institute for Service Quality DISQ conducted a survey of 41,248 people who had contact with the brand, used its products or made use of a service in the last twelve months, on behalf of the news magazine n-tv. The evaluation criteria and weightings were divided as follows: overall satisfaction (60%), recommendation (30%), brand re-election (10%). The award ceremony was going to be held in March in Berlin, but due to the current situation, was postponed until May. As the winner, RUFBetten was awarded first place in
